钢坯是轧钢生产中最常见的材料之一,也是轧钢生产中需求量很大的一种材料,而且,钢坯的尺寸一般比较大,重量也表较重。因此,钢坯的搬运就比较困难,所以,设计一种专门搬运大重型工件的搬运机构是很有必要的。液压全自动步进上料机就是一种用于轧钢生产中搬运钢坯的机器。它的工作原理是:由电机带动抬起液压缸,提供动力,带动抬起拉杆运动。从而使抬起梁完成上下运动,这样来实现钢坯的抬起和放下。平移液压缸提供水平方向上的动力,使车体带动钢坯完成水平方向上的运动。液压全自动步进上料机构能够有效的提高生产率,减轻工人的劳动强度。

Title The design of hydraulic automatic step feeding machine—the design of collectivity and mainframe
Abstract
Billet is a very common material in steel rolling manufacture, and it’s requirement is very prodigious in steel rolling manufacture, and the measurement usually large, and its weight usually very heavy. So, to carry the billet becomes very hard, and so it is very necessary to design a special machine to carry big and heavy workpiece. Hydraulic automatic step deliver machine is just the machine used to carry the billet in steel rolling manufacture. Its work principle is as follows: the electromotor drive the uplifting hydraulic cylinder and offer motivity to drive the uplifting pole moving. Consequently make the uplifting pole finish up and down movement, in this way ,the billet can be uplifted and lay put down. Horizontal ambulant hydraulic cylinder offer horizontal motivity to make the bodywork finish horizontal movement. Hydraulic automatic step deliver machine can heighten the productivity and lighten the worker’s working intensity effectively.
